- Event 2: 3" x 4" Saxon Bar DL
- Event 3: One Hand Rogue Grandfather Clock DL/Grip Genie Hilt
Date: Saturday, May 2
Time:
- Weigh-ins from 8:30-10:30am
- Rules meeting at 10:40am
- Lifting starts promptly at 11am
Cost: $50
Please note:
- All competitors must be a member of Armlifting USA
- Each event is for max weight in one minute; last man standing. When you miss, you are done and may not go to a lower weight
- Each competitor must be prepared to video their own lifts and submit to Armlifting USA
