  • JJ THOMAS

    JJ is a seasoned powerlifter with 20+ years experience as both a trainer and an athlete, and has competed in over 70 meets, with more to come. He has held many APF and UPA MI State records, as well as AWPC World Records. He has also competed in multiple strongman contests. Additionally, JJ co-owned Detroit Barbell for over 17 years and has been a powerlifting meet director for over 60 meets throughout his career.

  • JACQUELINE BELL

    Jacqueline has over 38 years of training and has competed in Tae-Kwon-Do, Bodybuilding, Figure, Triathlons, Mountain Bike Racing, Adventure Racing, Crossfit and Powerlifting.

    Dav has worked in many capacities within the strength and conditioning industry, including pro hockey, Canadian Olympic sports, national developmental hockey, as well as boutique gyms. Dav offers his clients performance-based, health and wellness approach to fitness. This encompasses a scientific-based approach to training all sports, mobility/flexibility and nutrition.

  • Nick Davis

    Nick is a Personal Trainer who trains a variety of clients including casual gym goers, sports athletes, strength athletes, and more. He has a jam packed resume in strength sports, including being a Heavyweight Pro Strongman, 3x U23 national champion, 3x U23 World’s Strongest Man competitor and U23 world record holder in the yoke walk. As if that wasn’t enough, he is a teacher and the award-winning* head football coach at Redford Thurston High School. Nick is a committed coach who takes client goals seriously. He will “meet you where you currently are, and provide and execute a plan that will get you where you want to be.”
