José Montano
José Montano is the OG of our kids class; he’s been coaching the class since early 2021. Our kids love José and the feeling is mutual.
“I love watching these kids get stronger every week, more confident and want to do more every time they’re here.” José believes that while the kids are getting stronger and learning the technical skills of the different strongman events, they’re also learning about sportsmanship, setting goals, meeting challenges, and teamwork. “One of my favorite moments in class was overhearing one of the girls giving her friend lifting cues while deadlifting. It showed me how well she’s learned and is willing to help everyone else.”
José can’t wait to welcome your kids to our next DMG StrongKids session for ages 9-17!
